On October 14, 2023, the Germ Cell Nonprofit Organization hosted a Fight Competition Event at Pretty Poison. We proudly contributed $5k to support this wonderful event. This event was more than a fundraiser; it was a movement dedicated to battling cancer, with 100% of the proceeds directly aiding the cause. Kudos to Kai (@urmumsyadad) for his outstanding efforts in organizing this impactful event.

Funds supported Chris O’Brien Lifehouse, where Kai bravely battled cancer. Diagnosed with testicular cancer at 24, he faced it head-on. Despite a year of treatment and temporary reprieve, cancer returned. Now, a year in remission, this event marks Kai’s final stand. It’s not just fundraising; it’s a reminder to persist. His story urges us to move forward, no matter life’s challenges.

The event showcased 15 intense fights between rival gyms in Bali ‘fighting for cancer’, highlighting the determination of both men and women. The crowd’s thunderous cheers echoed their wholehearted support for the fighters. After the fights, an incredible skate show captivated the audience, with mesmerizing fire dancers and skillful skaters showcasing their tricks. The evening culminated in an electrifying rave party, leaving a lasting impression of a memorable night.
