Returns & Exchange
By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you agree the following terms and conditions regarding the return of your purchase.
- Before returning your items please contact us at [email protected] and we will provide you correct address according to your country.
- Due to customs restrictions, returns are only eligible for customers based in the European Union, UK, Canada, USA, Australia, Mauritius, Reunion Island, Thailand, Vietnam and Switzerland.
- Items should be returned within 30 days, in original condition, to be eligible for reimbursement.
- Please note that FREE items during promotions cannot be returned and exchanged
Our Return Policy
- We process refunds within 3 days after receiving your items (the cost of shipping the products back are covered by the customer)
- Additional processing time may occur depending on your financial institution before the funds appear on your account. Please note that in some cases, it may take up to 14 business days as it is subject to the policies of payment gateway provider”
- Items will only be approved for reimbursement in their original condition, i.e.: tags still attached, unworn, unwashed… Swimwear bottoms have to be returned with the hygienic sticker on it
- For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for underwear
- All documents (if any) that we sent with shipment should be included with return shipment ( + reason for the return)
- Returns which don’t comply with the above will not be accepted and refunded
Our Exchange Policy
- Please note that we do not offer underwear exchange for hygienic reasons
- Please understand that your exchanged goods will be returned only after we have received your parcel
- We do not cover shipping fee from our office back to you
